Deputy General Manager - Marketing - Real Estate

- Responsible for overall marketing strategy, consumer initiatives, brand planning, and budget management across the various projects & categories.

- Manage the brand communication and product strategy

- Focus on multiple channels for marketing including new media/ social media etc.

- Digital campaigns specialist - lead generation through digital media supporting sales

- Organize promotional events within budgetary allocations.

- Handle appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns.

- Manage the brand communication mix and handle the ATL/BTL promotional activities for the segment.

- Develop annual and project specific brand promotion plans and handle participation at various events.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 8-10 years experience

- Tier 1 B Schools preferred

- 3-4 years of Real Estate Marketing experience

- Experience in conceptualizing and executing Digital campaigns

- Vendor management
