- Evaluating marketing budgets and assuring adherences.
- Conceptualize the creative campaign, liaise with and brief the advertising agency as well as the appropriate media to ultimately ensure accurate, true and effective communication with the various markets.
- Coordinate with external agencies for generating sales promotional material
- Assist in planning and managing key internal and external corporate events.
- Assist in delivering all marketing activities within the agreed budget.
- Coordinate with agencies for planning & developing diverse media campaigns.
- Decide on product launch parameters like positioning, price, channel plan, competitive. Assessment, feature requirement.
- Pricing strategy, Competitive analysis&Channel incentives.
- Own responsibility for the implementation of the marketing program to achieve time / cost / quality targets
- Coordinate creation of Briefs for marketing agencies
- Design each marketing project; manage roll out of the project
- Work with appropriate in-house / vendor teams for Database Marketing
- Coordinate design, content & cost approvals from senior management
- Manage day-to-day agency affairs
- Cost Updates - Budget vs. Spend: Monthly
- Campaign Activity Updates: Weekly
- Vendor & Media management
- Strategic planning for launch of new projects and identifying potential market segments.
- Making corporate presentations.
- Formulating business plans and ensuring adherence to the same for achieving targets.
- Driving Pre/ Post sales efforts including market research and trend analysis initiatives.
- Market Analysis, taking initiatives for all possible branding and Sales promotional activities.
