Deputy General Manager - Marketing - FMCG

- Ensure delivery of Market Share and drive Sales Volume and Profitability targets

- Develop Marketing Strategy and execute Marketing Plans plans to meet marketing and business objectives

- Develop Positioning & Communication for Hershey's brands & Innovations to drive saliency, trials and brand imagery.

- Lead New Product Development and Innovation process

- Ensure effective implementation of Brand Building Initiatives - Media Plans, Retail

- Plans, Consumer Promotion / Activation Plans

- Undertake regular progress reviews with key stakeholders on plans and KPIs

- Managing marketing spends for the category.

- Drive marketing processes in tune with Global Mandates

- Ensure effective working with external Agencies and partners

The candidate must keenly build deep understanding of the external environment to influence marketing plans, including:

a) the general external and internal trends impacting the business;

b) the competitive assessment, and

c) a deep and thorough understanding of both consumers and customers.

He or she is directly accountable for the growth of sales, market share, financial health, short-term and long-term equity and brand imagery.

Candidate Requirement:

MBA with 8+ years of experience in FMCG background.

This particular role will be an individual contributor role.
