Job Purpose To develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators and identifying customers and their current and future needs. To implement, track and optimize all digital marketing campaigns across all digital channel to build and strengthen the organisation's social media presence and thereby grow market share for Manya. Job Responsibilty - Conceive, analyse and implement appropriate marketing strategies to grow the existing business opportunities of the company as well as identify and develop new business opportunities - Plan and manage execution of all the marketing efforts of the company in a highly efficient and measurable manner within the marketing budgets. - Plan and manage all aspects of launching a marketing campaign include design, development, advertising and transactions. - Develop or refine the communications strategies, including the brand communications, of the company. - Oversee market research and stay on top of products and services that are, or will be, in demand in the existing as well as newer geographies and enhance the customer reach for these products and services - Support sales and delivery teams to increase sales and revenue for the company. - Develop and build good marketing networks and affiliations within the study abroad industry. - Motivate and build an excellent marketing team under your leadership. - Plan and execute all web, SEO (Search engine optimization) /SEM (Search engine marketing), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns including social media presence & mobile marketing - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI) - Research and analyse own and competition SEM as well as website activities - keywords and audience targeting, spend strategies, content strategies, rankings and traffic trends to identify gaps and discrepancies. - Manage campaign spends, set and monitor budget limits, estimate monthly costs and reconcile - Work in partnership with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - To be able to analyze & evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Manage agencies and other vendor partners - Responsible for working on the content strategy and working closely with the content specialist - Ensure Website is managed for traffic, SEO and is regularly updated.
