Job Description:

- Responsible for day to day all activities in PMC, PCMC to get necessary permissions and sanctions.

- Responsible for evaluating technical feasibility of BD proposals, all activities of ReRA, making schedules of sanctions and keeping track of it on daily basis, making liaison budgets and keeping track.

- Liaison Management: Act as a key point of contact between the real estate developer and government agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. Foster positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication to facilitate project approvals, clearances, permits, and other necessary permissions.

- Government Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, legislators, and relevant stakeholders. Stay updated on policy changes, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the real estate development projects. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on your understanding of the political and regulatory landscape.

- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation, licenses, permits, and approvals are obtained and maintained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Keep track of deadlines, filings, and compliance obligations to avoid any legal or operational setbacks.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, legal, and compliance, to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Coordinate with external stakeholders to address any concerns or queries related to ongoing real estate projects. Facilitate communication and collaboration among all parties involved.

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project timelines or compliance. Proactively develop strategies and contingency plans to mitigate these risks. Provide timely updates and reports to senior management on potential issues and recommended courses of action.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including community groups, local organizations, and industry associations. Attend meetings, forums, and events to represent the real estate developer and promote positive engagement.

- Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide recommendations to senior management on potential partnerships, collaborations, or investment opportunities.

Qualification - BE/B.Tech or Architect.
