Deputy General Manager - Legal - LLB - Manufacturing

Location : Delhi ( NCR)

Job Description :

- The candidate should possess a degree in LLB with 16-20 years of legal experience.

- Good knowledge of civil, labor, criminal, arbitration and commercial laws required.

- Candidates should be responsible for all activities related to legal, Drafting, vetting & finalization of agreements, Negotiations, Coordination.

- Should be conversant with drafting suits, writs, appeals, revisions, reviews etc.

- Should also possess good negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputed cases/cases pending in the courts/arbitration tribunals quickly.

- Open to candidates from Law firms or corporate legal background but Manufacturing experience is a must

LLB with 16-18 years of relevant experience in Legal with a reputed Manufacturing organization. Candidates should be responsible for all activities related to legal, Drafting, vetting & finalization of agreements, Negotiations, Coordination.
