Role reports to Head HR.
Responsibility:
b. S/he should personally focus on leadership development; interact with top management for this purpose;
c. 2 AGMs plus 4 others would be a part of his/her team for managing both blue & white collar; total headcount is 7000
d. Age 45-to-50
Responsibility:
1. Strategic level are you, for instance, saying
a. Professional has to work with business leaders to understand emerging business trends
b. Develop a framework for linking business trends with talent needs
c. Work out talent gaps in the Organization; especially in critical business processes and functions; get the buy-in from business;
d. If fresh talent has to be inducted, work with TA in expediting hiring, on-boarding
2. The entire gamut of L&D- ; are you, for instance, saying
a. Identify existing resources that have shown potential (basis PMS, peer & superior feedback etc);
b. Create development plans for such professionals; (as needed go through psychometric or other tools to ascertain what needs to be done)
c. Get buy-in from business leaders for needed interventions
d. Operationalize interventions
e. Take on-going feedback from a business on the effectiveness on the planned intervention and tweak on a dynamic basis
