- Developing leadership at multiple levels
- Responsible for developing/supporting and driving the Digital Univeristy formation
- Responsible for development of key talent as per the Talent Management Strategy
- Partnering with the OD team to cater to all development needs arising out of any OD intervention
- Drive Business Interventions to drive change and build Capability
- Building Coaching and Mentoring Culture in the Organisation
- Identifying learning needs through various sources including scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving business strategy
- Leveraging the LMS platform to integrate training and functional learning
- Identifying and developing internal SME's as trainer's for various functional programs
- Measuring the effectiveness of various functional and behavioral interventions using effectiveness models such as Kirkpatrick
