Role Description:

Role Title-DGM

Role Purpose Lead- NOC Operations (Operations and Maintenance)

Working with (Reporting Relationship)-Head - Operations

(Key Responsibilities)

- Result-oriented professional with over 13-15 years of rich experience of handling operations and maintenance of large and complex Network comprising of mix of technologies (ICT & Telecom) and products in network operations centre.

- He should have a good knowledge of all the O&M processes used in IT & Telecom Industry (ITIL- Foundation/Intermediate certificate will be an added advantage)

- He should have strong knowledge of NOC design and NOC modules and capability to handle large teams.

- He should have ability to identify areas of service sales and engage with customer for service selling opportunities during operations phase.

- Comprehensive experience in managing the overall network operations with key focus on streamlining the working SLA's & SOP's.

- Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets.

- Communication Ability to govern 3rd Parties as per contractual obligations.

- Knowledge of handling MPLS & IP networks of large size via NOC.

- Analytical and quality-oriented professional with an eye for detail and sharp focus on troubleshooting.

- Managing Service delivery, contractual obligations, maintaining OLA/SLAs, driving initiatives for continual service improvement, adherence to quality standards and establishing process, procedures and governance models for providing Application.

Experience & Education

Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level-

- 13-15 years

- B.Tech or B.E. in ECE / Computer Science from a recognised college or institute
