Deputy General Manager/Lead - HR Business Partner - CoE - 8 to 15 yrs
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the CoE's area of expertise and for the assigned Business Orgs as HRBP.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices within the CoE to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts within the CoE, including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the CoE's area of expertise, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters within the CoE.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that the CoE's HR functions support the organization's overall goals and strategies
