Education - CA / Top MBA Purpose: She/he would be part of the finance team and be responsible for Investor Reporting and Fund Raising (Equity &amp; Debt) for the firm and report into the CFO. Job Responsibilities: Investor Reporting : 1. Financial Leadership for Budgeting &amp; periodic forecasts 2. Preparing the investor reporting for business performance on a periodic basis. 3. Reporting the actual performance against the budget on a monthly basis. 4. Drive the business performance on a monthly basis by highlighting the improvement areas &amp; driving the suggested actions. 5. Lead &amp; Support various special projects to be driven across IGR &amp; its SPV's. 6. Identifying and tracking of key decision drivers towards achieving organizational objectives and goals. Fund Raising : 1. Support in fundraising from investors 2. Managing the capital call process to ensure availability of funds at the required time 3. Arranging funds from financial institutions (Banks, NBFC's etc.) for investments 4. Coordinating with Asset managers &amp; maintaining the optimum leverage for SPV's and/or assets in the portfolio 5. Maintaining and developing a relationship with various financial institutions 6. Ensuring timely cash movements for investments 7. Lead and/or collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve the company's performance in the areas of capital budgeting, cash flow management, working capital management Investments : 1. Evaluation of the financial model for various proposed investments by validating various assumptions including model flow, debt funding &amp; tax planning. 2. Lead the tax structuring for proposed investments 3. Lead finance tasks associated with various investments, acquisitions of SPV's and assets.
