Key Responsible Areas :
Profitability :
- Responsible for Revenue & Profit targets of International biz
- Guide and mentor international biz verticals team to achieve their targets
- Product pricing and executing negotiation practices with customers time to time.
- Ensure OTIF and customer satisfaction
Market Expansion :
- Market expansion plans of existing market and increase the market share
- Identify and develop new markets in foreign countries (All Continents)
- Strategize biz plans for new product launches & growth initiatives
Brand promotion :
- Promote JK Brand and position it in the Global market by various promotional activities
- Participate in Trade Shows - Product presentation & applications
Operational Areas : Market surveys :
- Review mechanism on Feedback from Markets
Market Research :
- Know market potential and analyse competitors and manage marketplace.
- Track the progress on global prospects and determine the market demand and build the sales
New Product development :
- Coordination with marketing team for packaging development
- New product target markets and launch plans
