Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions etc. The Challenges for job holder are: i) Ensure availability, reliability, security of email, directory and other infrastructure applications ii) Ensure availability, reliability, and expansion of Universal service Desk and Remote Desktop services iii) Ensure Competitive edge for shared services- Bring down the operational cost and improving quality of service iv) Readiness to cope up with future growth in a proactive manner v) The compliance to statutory needs and process demanded by Govt. institutions, Shareholders and other stakeholders wrt Infrastructure services A.
