Deputy General Manager - Information Technology - Manufacturing

Candidate should have a BE degree, also MCA, can be considered.

Post Graduate degree in Operations Management is preferred.

Experience :

Minimum 7 - 10 years with 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 technologies as implementer or user.

If background is of implementer, consultant profile shall be preferred.

If background is of user experience and hands-on IT enablement of business process profile shall be preferred

Skill sets required :

- IT enablement of manufacturing processes

- Manufacturing KPI management

- Create Frameworks and perform knowledge sharing activities

- RFP/RFQ preparation and vendor assessment

- Data Analytics on shop floor data

- Implementation of projects using MES / MOM, Historians, RFID and Industry 4.0 technologies

- Innovation using IT

- Understanding of technologies across various infrastructure domains

- Architecting and designing the new solution implementations to co-exist / supplement the current infrastructure landscape

- Oversee the technology implementation and track the same to ensure business objectives are met

Technologies required :

MES / MOM (Historian IP21, LIMS, eLogbook, Advanced process control, Statistical Process Control, Planning &Scheduling, work instructions, Fault tree/why-why analysis )

- IoT

- SAP Plant Maintenance / Asset Management

- Master Data Management (OSIsoft PI AF, OLAP Cubes)

- MS Office (Visio, Project)

- Understanding of other IT infrastructure technologies like network / security will be added advantage.
