Deputy General Manager - Indirect Taxation - BFS

- Assisting in the Indirect Taxation matters of the companies.

- Ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other Indirect tax requirements.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all Indirect tax related transactions.

- Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines.

- To ensure automation of Goods and Service Tax (GST) compliance in all Business functions.

- To prepare various reconciliations for GST Audit and Annual return.

- To pro-actively identify non compliances and drafting new work Instruction to improve Compliances.

- To update operational teams regarding changes in GST Regime from time to time. Implement the new rules & procedures and update Workflow Instructions.

- To arrange legal opinion from Consultants for running business issues.

- To provide clarifications & solution on disputed issues of Central GST.

- To support in GST audits during Internal Audits and Statutory Audits

- Looking for C.A + MBA with extensive experience in Indirect Taxation, especially GST
