Deputy General Manager - ICWA - Shipping Industry

About our client:

Our client is the largest engineering infrastructure company in India serving the Indian Navy

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

- To establish Strategic Cost Management systems,

- To handle Product / Project Costing

- To monitor various overheads &; achieving maximum cost effectiveness

- To ensure monthly MIS on Project cost being provided to management

- To ensure providing monthly overhead variance analysis

- To provide requisite data from Costing Cell for Bid preparation

- To prepare WBS wise budgets, Profit Architecture and cash flow statement for all new projects and running projects

- To report WBS wise project cost overrun, if any

- To verify Management Approval Notes (MAN) raised by various departments from costing point of view before approval of COO

- To evaluate proposals from Buy or Hire point of view

- To provide assistance to project managers for preparing various reports

- To take active interest in implementation of SAP ERP

- To evaluate internal control systems with a view to highlight the shortcomings
