DGM - HR - Real Estate Our client develops and operates real estate investments on behalf of its Asset Management - one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world; looking to hire DGM - HR for its Mumbai office. Your Roles and Responsibilities will be : - To business partner for the human resource vertical of the west region, drive central HR initiatives for the region and be a SPOC for all admin related activities. - Partnering with the business and all stakeholders across functions while working closely with the Regional HODs in driving their people-management agenda - employee grievances, team connects, etc. - Handling entire performance management cycle, including driving the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency - Identifying training need analysis and driving training nominations and roll-out in the region - Lead the onboarding activities for the west region - HR Business partnering for 150+ employees - managing entire employee lifecycle (from on-boarding to exit) Desired Candidate's Profile : - Comes with 10-15 years of HR generalist and HR business partnering experience - Candidates having a real estate industry background experience will be preferred - Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to liaison with the business heads - Has demonstrated managing on-roll & contractual staff, and is comfortable with remote reporting
