- Manpower Planning
- Create a detailed manpower plan based on business requirements
- Review implementation of plan and improvise
- Work closely with business and process owners in crystallizing the requirements and changing needs
Talent Acquisition :
- Devise talent acquisition strategy and its sign off from all stakeholders
- Lead talent acquisition team in developing strategies , and tools for recruitment
- Work out long term arrangements with recruitment agencies and sourcing agents
- Ensure JDs are in place for all recruitment positions
- Define a standard recruitment process , step wise work flow , work out check- lists to be followed in the process
- Ensure talent acquisition team follow the step wise process
- Ensure completing the recruitment targets by acquisition team and devise suitable indices for measurement of their performance
- Use tools, processes to ensure correct fit to the requirements and review mismatch incidences and take corrective actions
- Through exit interviews and other evaluation tool , provide feedback to hiring managers on improving gaps in recruitment
- Take suitable targets on diversity index
Employee Grievance handling :
- Devise a grievance handling process and implement
- Work as an important catalyst to manage Employee dissatisfaction issues, grievance issues
- Win employee trust by ensuring unbiased actions, and timely resolution of grievances
Culture :
- Initiate inter-unit, and inter -team cross- culture interactions of employees working at Jodhpur and Mahape
- Organize events , sports competitions etc. to create opportunities to mix, for the employees
Employee Health and safety :
- Take measures and initiatives in health check-up, other health & safety measures at work
- Review hygiene and facilities at work places to ensure conducive atmosphere for work
- Employee well-being and overall care be adopted as an important outlook by H R team
- Review all employee service areas such as service of tea/ coffee etc., ensure benchmark standard service to all employees
POSH :
- Make company's policy on POSH and implement as per the legal obligations
Employee Retention :
- Develop employee retention strategies and measures
- Implement the measures and review periodically
- Introduce Loyalty Bonus and similar measures
H R Operations :
- Manage all H R operations including salary administration, appointment, confirmation and separation of employees
- Ensure maintain employee's records, personal files, declarations, nominations etc. both physical and digital formats & its easy retrieval
Payroll Management :
- Manage and oversee employee payroll (currently with Accounts )
- Ensure automated processing of payroll and generation of required reports every month
Compensation :
- Manage compensation function
- Develop salary structure, mapped to work levels and positions in the company
- Review salary structure periodically, for internal parity as well as, for market corrections
- Conduct periodical Salary benchmarking with comparative / peer companies
- Develop & implement Work levels, designations & gradation structure, team hierarchy
- Develop & implement Variable pay, incentive schemes, loyalty bonus scheme which helps rewarding good performance and build talent bank
Employee Engagement :
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and ensure roll out of results and improvement plan
- Basis drivers of engagement identified, undertake engagement initiatives to improve engagement levels
- Introduce Employee Recreation activities
Employee Branding :
- Use employee branding strategies to build and maintain employee branding
- Handle, manage to glass-door feedbacks
- Undertake Employees awards and recognition initiatives & its announcements
Training and Development :
- Identify training needs of staff through performance assessment and other needs identification surveys
- Develop/ design training modules as per training needs identified
- Create annual training calendar to meet the training requirements, drive the same
- Design training feedback forms and obtain feedbacks to improve training quality and participation
- Conduct review of training, efficacy surveys, feedback to measure benefits at work
Leadership Development :
- Work out strategies and roll out actions in developing current and emerging leaders
- Leadership pipeline to take emerging responsibilities
H R Policies framework :
- Design and implement employee policies to ensure uniform and fair treatment to employees at all times
- Review existing policies and improve to drive employee engagement
- Provide orientation to employees on policies, seek feedback on understanding
- Develop and implement Travel, accommodation policies
Talent Management :
- Manage performance review, manage employee assessments, and appraisal process, ensure timely start and completion of actions, compilation of data, present assessment data for review
- Design & implement Rewards, recognition & penalties policies, systems and its efficient management
- Devise measurable BSC system and its timely measurement
- Manage employee promotion and up-gradation recommendations as per company's policy.
- Manage annual goal setting process and ensure approved goals are received by HR at the beginning of the year.
Work norms :
- Ensure High Levels of accuracy &service delivery standards at all times within H R team
- Ensure clear feedback is provided continually to the identified stakeholders for the activities/tasks assigned
Continuous Improvement :
- Proactively bring improvements to H R day-to-day work through better processes, automation and thinking out of the box

- Ensure continuous learning and growth to upgrade skills to perform the job
