DGM HR/IR
Looking for a senior professional for the role of HR and IR.
Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition and Retention :
- Ensure the effective and efficient integration of recruiting and selection strategies, relocation, and orientation.
- Ensure effective talent retention strategies are developed and implemented in line with Succession planning needs
2. Performance Management & Improvement :
- Consult with Business unit leaders on performance improvement needs of their organization. Identify, plan and coordinate training and development programs that are driven by the strategic needs of the organization. Direct and monitor Company performance management system.
3. Organization Effectiveness :
- Facilitate organization effectiveness strategies that improve business performance including organizational assessment, analysis, design and business process re-engineering, vision, and strategic planning.
4. Compensation :
- Ensure the compensation planning and administration including the base pay program (Broad banding) and annual incentive plans are in conformance with company pay philosophy and practice.
5. Employee Relation (ER/ IR) Management :
- Understand and resolve problems which can affect productivity and poor performance related to misconduct
- Communicate effectively and manage Associates through motivation and recognition.
- Mutual collaboration between the top management level and union members.
- Demonstrate successful track record in an unionized factory environment
- Demonstrate good inter-personal skills with cross functional areas
- Proactive approach in handling the ER / IR in the factory
6. Statutory Compliance :
- Associate related statutory compliances viz. EPF, ESIC, LWF, Labour Act & Factories Act to be 100% complied
- Other compliances viz Pollution Control Board, Land Department and all essential areas relevant to Orange category processing units.
- Contract Labour Engagement & Management to ensure 100% compliance by the Contractor.
7. Total Productivity Manufacturing (TPM) :
- Implement and drive the TPM ways of working in the plant by building right capability and culture in plant
