Deputy General Manager - Human Resources/Industrial Relations (Telugu must)
Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Telugu language is a must
- Monitors HR processes, policies and initiatives for all employees across the manufacturing unit to align to corporate and business objectives.
- Implements Human Resource strategies including talent acquisition, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee engagement, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Drives the development and implementation of the talent management strategy that builds a robust and diverse talent pipeline at all levels of the organization.
- Works closely with the Business Heads to develop & execute human resource strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategies.
- Ensures the workforce has defined KRAs to provide better role clarity and performance measures across all levels
- Leads capability building process to meet present and future capability needs to help the business remain competitive.
- Supports and implements people policies, processes, initiatives and procedures, employee engagement initiatives.
- Closely monitors team performance and designs programs to enhance their productivity through training & development.
- Works closely with Manufacturing Heads on Plant level administration, Compliance Management and Industrial Relations.
Candidate Profile
- MBA HR / PG Diploma in PM & IR with proven academic record.
- Hands on experience of 15 to 18 Years in fertilizer, pesticide or similar manufacturing plants.
- Telugu language is a must.
- Thorough Knowledge of Factories Act, Labour Laws and Industrial Disputes Act.
- Exposure of handling multiple Unions & Recognized Unions,
- Excellent knowledge of related labour laws, Contract Labour Act of Heavy Manufacturing segments.
- An excellent team player with knowledge of bulk manufacturing industry - Have worked on various HR functions and strategy
- Excellent leadership skill with high people influencing capabilities
- Independent and organized work style.
- Good relations with Department of Labour, Factories Departments,
- Good written and spoken English.
