Deputy General Manager - Human Resource - Retail

We have a Job opportunity for DGM - HR with one of our Retail client!!!

Scope Of Work :

- Manager Multiple Circles

- Each region has approx 30 - 40 stores which should be handled

- End to end HR Management for this region

Primary Deliverable :

- A generalist role

- Will be responsible for managing HR for a region (multiple states)Will be responsible for managing a team

- Extensive travel may be required

- Good Leadership Ability and has worked across team

- Full Operational Responsibility for HR at each store level

- Employee life cycle management for all the stores under DGM

- Partner and work very closely with corporate leadership team

Candidate Must have :

- 15 - 17 Years Experience

- Worked in an HRBP role at senior Level

- Very good experience in handling multiple location's responsibilities.

- Stability

- Team management (in all) 20 - 35/ Top management 7 - 9
