Position: Dy General Manager HR (Plant)
Work Location: Chennai
Qualification: MBA / MSW or equivalent disired
Experience: 15+ years experience HR in an Indian manufacturing faculty in lead level should be from Large-scale industries
Position reports to Group Head HR and Under reportees consist of Manager/Dy Manager/Asst Manager and down the line verticals
CTC: Open and best in the industry
Job Description
- Responsible for all over all HR operation of the facility
- Developing and Implementing HR initiatives in line with the organisational objectives
- Leading the department -including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement etc
- Contributing to long term goals around people development, including succession planning
- Developing company well being, counselling policies, leading the analysis of employee feedback, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.
- Partner and advice Senior Management with regards to employee relations issues, disciplinary procedures, staffing & recruiting initiatives, organization structure, compensation, investigations, terminations, compliance and training.
- To bridge the relationship between employees and management effectively & efficiently
- To look after & implement the good practices of KRA, PMS, etc To handle all types of IR, HR & Admin issues of the plant independently.
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in TPM / TQM
- Core HR preferred and IR would be a added advanate
- Should be pleasant and Influential personality with extreme dedication & passion to create standards in HR domain
- High integrity
- Able to handle entire resources of the facility
- Should be good team player
- Proficiency in MS Office
