Job Purpose & Scope :-
To develop, build, manage the HR processes and support the HR strategy through people processes and ensure creating a vibrant culture enhancing employee performance, motivation and achieving organizational goals while focusing on company s value.
Accountabilities :-
- To help develop various HR strategy and interventions based on business plans and ensure the organizational / HR objectives are met in line with the growth plans.
- Be a change agent in providing frame work and structures to ensure a vibrant culture and environment for enhanced employee satisfaction and performance
- Manage the Performance management system and ensure that goal settings, feedback and appraisals are done on time every time with special focus on potential appraisal.
- Evaluate the Performance management process with policy (process design) and identify ways to strength that.
- Constantly evaluate and design rewards system in recognition of performance and contribution.
- Constantly identify training needs and design annual development programs in house or extremely.
- To continuously monitor people s potential and draw plans for career advancement and succession plans.
- Design and manage employees engagement programs with tangible metrics to measure motivation, satisfaction of employees and taking corrective measures.
- To assists and support business managers on a regular basis on all people related issues including redressal or employees grievances.
- Inculcate a sense of belonging and to facilitate, organizational values, and quality and ensure they are adhered to.
- Provide inputs as subject matter expert to pay roll and HR systems and ERP initiatives.
