Job Description : - Responsible to Design HR Operations, Compliance and Training strategy for India and each team and then drive the execution working with the team and all. - Will be Overseeing and connect with Staffing work as needed and manage staffing work in absence of India Staffing Manager. Hands on approach needed. - Managing internal customer relationship and requirements. - Managing the entire life cycle of HR from on-boarding, training, engagement, performance and compensation management, exits, employer brand across all sites in India. - Have expertise in managing internal investigations and performance improvement cases hands on. herself/himself - Will Ensure enforcement of the company's process and policies and adherence to the SLAs as well as other compliances - Will be Preparing and disseminate HR reports and metrics as required Responsibilities : - HR ops, HR policy making, training management (not conducting), GPTW work with manager, employee engagement, investigations. - 8 to 12 years of experience in HR ops, engagement, trng experience.
