Deputy General Manager - HR Generalist - Service Firm

We have an urgent opening for the role of HR Generalist- DGM Level with a leading Service Industry.

Location Delhi/Mumbai (Managing North region) and Mumbai (Managing West region)

Looking for 10 to 14 years of experience in handling the entire HR process, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, People Management, Employee Relations, Statutory compliance, Compensation & Benefits and Other HR activities.

1. Enhancing employee experience by strengthening execution of HR Processes like recruitment, transfers, payroll, etc.

2. Strengthening of Performance Management Processes, drive transparency of process and Manager effectiveness in conducting the process /provision of feedback

3. Enhancing employee engagement through strengthening the reach of current engagement practices

4. Creation of healthy pipeline of talent by a) hiring for key positions to help us scale up and b) strengthening succession planning.

5. Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
