- Driving key human resource activities including talent management, organizational development, talent retention, business reviews, succession planning, compensation & benefits, leadership development.
- Coach line Managers towards difficult conversations, change management, new policy changes/organizational updates, grievance cases etc.
- Mentor team members and work collaboratively with shared services functions and COE's in support of the business needs.
- Lead teams at remote locations as well with focus on managing people capabilities
- Partnering with global HR teams to ensure cross-utilization of information and projects
- Partnering with leadership to support business-critical initiative by providing consultation and data analytics
- Ensured audit and compliance posture maintained at high standards throughout.
- Developed solutions to complex business issues like redeployment of resources, mobility, staffing, talent acquisition, succession planning and thereby build deeper client relationships with executives, leaders & managers.
