DGM - HRBP Responsibilities : - Align with the business leadership to address organizational initiatives in support of DP World's vision, mission, and values. - Continue to build out the HR function to support the business with heavy focus on HR business partnering. Guide the business to understand the value the HRBP role can bring to the business to create an HR function that supports the business strategy. - Work with business leaders to ensure succession planning, career development and performance management strategies and action plans align with organizational goals. - Partner with HR centres of expertise to leverage specialists on business needs such as compensation, talent acquisition and HR systems. - Cultivate a high performing HR business partner team by building skills through coaching, mentoring and ongoing training and development. - Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure effectiveness and alignment with current and future goals and initiatives. - Foster teamwork and collaboration to contribute to our 'One HR" culture, with mutual accountability and respect within the HR team. - Create a focus on personal and career development through coaching leaders - Equip leaders to create development plans for their teams - Commitment to develop talent to help employees attain their full potential - Inspire critical thinking, continuous learning, and self-growth Performance - Champion transparent, relevant, and timely talent assessment and feedback - Consult with leaders and partner with divisional HRBP team to create performance goals that drive high performance - Drive fair recognition, rewards, and internal succession/promotional opportunities - Provide leadership to the recognition and compensation programs Qualifications : - Masters in MBA or equivalent - Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience - Strong consultative/HRBP skills with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization - Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of accountability and influence preferred - Experience in change management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving, Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication proficiency
