DGM - HR Analytics - Telecom Key Responsibilities 1. Defining the vision for the product & communicate effectively across key stakeholders. 2. Prepare product roadmap (next 1-3 years) to include new product development, feature/functionality introduction, technical prototyping/solutioning, UI/UX etc. 3. Prepare and manage budget (AOP) for the product including all items (staffing, license fee, software outsourcing, UI/UX outsourcing, etc.) and develop the costing for every feature to decide based on ROI. 4. Develop detailed & comprehensive product use cases based on the requirements shared by users. 5. For each release, develop a detailed project plan including schedule, effort, cost, key dependencies, etc. while constantly monitoring the interface between product management and product development. 6. Manage the product development life cycle and prioritize based on changing requirements (for design, proto-type creation and UAT). 7. Lead discussions with key stakeholders to seek feedback on new product/service requirement, enhancement of existing products and features, augmentation of capacity for scale, new technology introduction, or increasing operational efficiencies. 8. Monitor and evaluate progress at each stage of the process, liaising with the product development team and end-users to deliver timely updates. 9. Enable end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies. Experience Required - Post-Graduate in Management with 10+ years of experience in HR (preferably in Analytics, HR-Tech, HRIS or HR CoE). BE/B. Tech with PMP certification is desirable. - An experienced Product Owner should have worked for a minimum of two years in a similar role, such as Product Management. - They should have good knowledge of software development & architecture and other relevant web technologies. - They should also be familiar with agile methodologies to deliver collaborative success. They should have proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle. - They should be able to stick to timelines and measure progress during development.
