Position : DGM Workplace services and facility (Head Role)- India

Work Responsibilities

- Facility and Workplace services

- Extensive Experience in Travel Management including VISA FOREX with good budget and Event Management including Employee Engagement activities like Award functions, annual meetings good budget

- Heading complete support functions across India in Workplace services Management such as infrastructure & facilities, manpower management, managing shared services, travel operations, security operations, coordination of transportation operations, projects, telecommunications, statutory compliance, systems implementation, health, safety & environment, service operations, event management, visitor management.

- Finance & Accounting function with overseeing the compliance norms, timely payments and managing landlord relations.

- Purchase and vendor management, security coordination across.

- Overall responsibility for budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, material procurement, equipment & supplies, space management and mail room services.
