Warehouse Strategy development :

- Develop strategy and manage Men's, Women's and E-commerce warehouses in compliance with company's policies, vision and strategic objectives

- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

- Review and prepare workflow and processes, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met

- Review Warehouse IT system periodically and suggest improvement, also constantly explore scope for automation and present suggestions to senior leadership

- Setup and oversee warehouse audit process and present the findings to senior leadership

Warehouse management :

- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

- Ensure adherence to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements and specifications required by Men's, Women's and E-commerce warehouse items

- Manage warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

- Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

- Liaison with transport companies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective warehousing, handling and shipping

- Liaison with quality control team to ensure that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met

People Management :

- Supervise a purchasing team and delegate tasks across departments when necessary

- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of Men's FG Warehouse (GT), Women's Warehouse (GT), E-Com Warehouse

- Maintain staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
