- Experience in Talent Acquisition preferably with retail industry exposure
Role Summary:
- To plan and execute recruitment strategy and process for talent acquisition, talent mapping and talent assessment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business partnering :
- Partner with business to formulate effective Talent Acquisition strategies to assist with its growth and expansion plans
- Participate in manpower planning and budgeting with the business leaders
- Identify future talent needs of the organization and proactively develop talent pool or social engagements for future needs
- Be the custodian for organization structure and keep it current Sourcing and selection strategy
- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy, recruitment costs & efficiency
- Develop strategies to attract talent and identify appropriate sourcing channels to facilitate the same
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization through IJP
- Define and manage campus recruitment and engagement programs
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment partners and manage the procurement and measurement process
- Participate in employment events to understand the current market trend
- Define digital media objectives for talent acquisition/employer branding and utilize the social networking and digital recruiting mediums
- Drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with communication strategies to attract the right talent
- Manage and closely monitor the background verification process and its efficacy
- Closely monitor and utilize talent mapping, networking, psychometrics for the right filtration process for new hires Systems and Processes
- Develop applicant tracking systems to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding while capturing required analytics
- Periodically publishing and sharing of the TA dashboard with the relevant stakeholders
- Define and continuously review SOPs, recruitment policy and strategy to meet the business requirement and reflect current market practices
- Devise mechanisms to collect, consolidate and action on the feedback received on the recruitment process from different stakeholders
Regional TA operations:
- Define and standardize recruitment processes and practices across all regions aligned with corporate
- Strengthen recruitment process at region by monitoring and ensuring adherence to selection standards Group level and middle east hiring support
- Manage end to end recruitment drives for group level and the middle east as special assignments
People Management:
- Manage and ensure employee engagement
- Select, coach, manage and develop the team to continuously enhance performance
- Develop self and the team to take on higher responsibilities / new roles for continuous development
- Set expectations and review closely for performance
