DGM - Accounts Payable Your primary role will be to "Head Process - Accounts Payable". What we are looking at : - Individual who can handle 7 to 10 Lac invoices per annum of volumes with various complexities. some of the examples being TMC / Shipping / Retentions / Deductions / Bank Guarantees. - Negotiate, develop and deliver SLAs and ensure flawless execution of operational processes and procedures by the SSC team - Actively engage with AP team leads and key managers to ensure customer satisfaction and address their pain points - Take overall responsibility for adhering to approved budget for the AP function and monitoring of cost and expenses - Ensure effective people management and development of the operations team, including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, promote a learning culture, measure individual and team goals delivery, provide feedback and managing people issues, build a strong team culture. - Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS : - 8-12 years of overall experience with significant working experience in managing overall performance of the F&A AP process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management - M.COM/MBA(Finance)/ICIA/ICWA
