Deputy General Manager - Government Relations - Healthcare/Pharma

Candidate should have expertise in the areas of Foreign Trade Policy, including the schemes such EOU, STP, EHTP schemes, EPCG, DEPB, Advance Authorisation, Deemed Export benefits, Service Exports from India Scheme

- Should be able to represent before the Development Commissioner/ Director of STPI, Joint/ Deputy Secretary of Ministry of Commerce, Norms Committee etc., to obtain the required approvals/ permissions

- Lead the responsibility and SPOC for all Government Interaction/liaising activities of the Organization.

- Responsible for all legal compliances and to ensure strict adherence relating to SEZ, STPI & Indirect Tax compliances and to avail all applicable benefits and exemptions for both the legal entities;

- Responsible for handling the Risk Audits, Internal Audits & Statutory Audits with regard to SEZ, STPI, Service Tax, VAT & CST activities;
