Strong Operations candidate - end to end management of the project 2. Domain: US Healthcare Insurance ( payer side) or Lifescience. 3. Control : 100 (for DGM) / 150 + (for GM) 4. Experience : (12+ yrs for DGM) / (17+ yrs for GM) 5. Location : Navi Mumbai 6. P&amp;L : (3-4 million USD for DGM) (4 million + USD for GM) 7. Client Management - US/UK clients. 8. Shift - US Night shift ( from 6:30 pm onwards) Role Title : DGM/GM Reporting : DGM to GM, GM to Director. - Leading of teams for more than 7-9 years, ideally in Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/Clinical research/BPS industry with proven track record Essential skills : - Excellent leadership skills with strong emphasis on target and expectation setting - High affinity to process driven tasks and structured approaches - Ability to self-manage, self-motivate, motivate team leads and the entire service team - Solution oriented and proactive behavior - Ability to describe and present complex topics in an easy to understand way - Excellent written and verbal communication including professional documentation skills - Excellent in prioritizing tasks, meet deadlines &amp; work under changing conditions - Concern for training &amp; Team Player - Knowledge of Clinical research and Pharmacovigilance processes Operational Responsibilities : - Lead the project operations of designated locations - Overall responsible for successful delivery of service at offshore for the project - Strategic decisions with regard to operations at offshore - Attrition management at the project offshore operations - Ensure customer satisfaction on project deliverables - Assess and prioritize actions - Lead and manage the implementation of the project - Ensure consistent delivery of high quality and compliance with Master Service Agreement (MSA) and service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements - Monitor overall performance of SLAs - Follow up if SLA is not meeting expectations - Make operational decisions with regards to operations offshore - Lead operational review meetings and contribute to steering meetings - Capacity planning and work load forecasting in consultation with the Project Management - Maintain knowledge on current staffing pattern and foresee future staff requirement to facilitate timely recruitment - Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance for team members - Responsible for people management including coaching and career development and talent retention of the Project team members - Attend regular review meetings, Service Management Team meetings and Steering Committee meetings and liaise with the management as appropriate - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the project operations - Provide support to internal &amp; external audits for the project operations - Generation of monthly performance reports - Provide annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback, if required to reporting manager - Ensure completion of training plan and training records for all direct reports - Reporting to the Deputy General Manager\General Manager and above as applicable under reporting hierarchy on performance, work in progress status and escalations if any - Identify Issues/Risks and escalate as required Performance Standards MEASURABLE : - 100% compliance for adherence to work allocation plan including case closure based upon agreed timelines(TAT) - Compliance to client quality benchmark as applicable as per the SOW - Client escalations and appropriate handling
