The role of Training Head for Merchant Business

- Atleast 10-12 years of experience

- Candidates from Platform based companies or Devices Organizations would be preferred

- Delivering the programs on functional, soft and behavioral aspects

- Designing and implementing development centers for high potential development mapping and finalizing succession plans to ensure structured development

- Developing the curriculum, designing program, facilitating, evaluating and resolving application issues

- Facilitating the training audits, compliance, reporting, documentation and process improvements

- Proficient in identifying training needs through mapping skills and analyzing existing level of competencies; understanding training needs and customizing learning projects for achieving the growth of the company
