DGM/GM: Sales & BD
Revent Precision Engineering was born consequent to the acquisition of two former Amtek group Companies (Amtek Auto Limited and Castex Technologies Limited) by DVI, a US based investment fund.
There 2 positions: one at Gurgaon (for exports as well north & west India customers) & one at Hosur (for exports as well south India customers).
The KRAs include:
- Strategic Business Planning for domestic & exports markets in automotive sector
- New business opportunities with automotive OEMs across all segments of -4W, 2W, HCV, LCV etc.
- Business Development of new products/projects
- Sales Budgeting, RFQ, Product Costing
- Customer Supply Schedule Management
- Key Account management (KAM), MIS & customer relations
- The incumbent needs to be a strategic planner as well as an astute executioner, 100% customer focused & achieve top order customer reliability. This requires incumbent to be immaculate planner, highly matured & top notch on people management. The management will facilitate world class behavioral & leadership training to equip the incumbent to face the existing & upcoming challenges with ease.
