- To Effectively, Efficiently & Profitably produce On Time in Full (OTIF)as per the Plan & Budget provided and in Compliance with Quality & System requirements

- To Ensure High Operational Efficiency & Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) through optimal utilization of manpower, material & machines on the shop floor.

- To Help Nurture, Develop, Win, Sustain & Improve Business, Loyalty, and Trust of our Customers via Excellence in Service & Supplies that Ensure a Delightful Experience - efficiently, effectively, economically & ethically.

- To Continually Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our production, systems, processes and our human resource in the accountable functional areas and beyond!

- On Time in Full (OTIF), Cost Efficient & Quality Compliant Production

- Timely Predictive & Preventive Maintenance to Ensure Availability of Machines for High OEE

- Low Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) and Mean Time to Solve (MTTS) any Machine Failures to Ensure

- Continued Availability of Machine

- Reduced Down Times

- High Output from the Machines to Ensure High OEE through availability of trained manpower, clear processes & the required material in the WIP before the machine

- Quality of the Output from the machines to Ensure High OEE through availability of trained manpower, clearly set-defined-implemented quality & process control parameters, quality checks & sampling
