Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Operations - FMCG/F&B/QSR

We are currently having an opening for the position of DGM/GM with one of the largest food and beverage group in India well known for its traditional sweets and Restaurant chain.

Operations (QSR) - the role of this individual will be to set up and ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in each outlet, right from the time the raw material comes to how it is served to each customer.

Responsibilities:-

- Overall responsibility of the assigned outlets in terms of Sales (Current & Forecasting), Staff, Stock & Menu (Current & Seasonal), MIS, Food Cost, Manpower Planning & Liasoning with Local bodies.

- Annual Budget Planning & Execution.

Stock Inventory & Space Management

- Regular follow up with Supply Chain Department for optimum availability of stocks.

- Proper display of product as per the Category, Sub Category & Plannogram.

- Check on fast moving & Slow moving products.

- Check on Margin contribution as per the Menu WRT Sales & Stock Availability.

- Proper Space Management so that to utilize maximum Sq. Ft area in terms of Sales.

Performance Management

- Facilitating Performance Management Review across all levels under my control within the organisation, incorporating performance planning, performance monitoring and performance reviews on the basis of KRA's & KPI's.

Management Check & MIS

- Keeping a track on Sales Vs Stock Vs Staff & maintaining entire MIS to present a Transparent & justified report to the management.

Facility Management

- In-house & outsourced Vendors management related to Maintenance, Security & Housekeeping

- Manpower Planning & execution during peak & off peak season.

- Proper training to staff on Fire Fighting Devices & modern equipment handling.

- Proper display of Aisle Locators, Signage, Promotions & Advertisements within the premises.

- Space selling to various Vendors/Companies, keeping in views the SOP of the Company.
