DGM/GM - L&D Preference criteria : - Human Resources Master's program from institutes like XLRI, Symbiosis, IIMs, SP Jain, Narsee Monji etc. with bachelor's degree in engineering. - The incumbent may have around 10 years of experience as Trainer. - People who have worked in Training department and are moving to academics as professor(Only in good institutes) Focusing on : - Leadership Development, Communication Improvement , Content development, Behavioural change, Situational leadership etc. - The intent of these roles is to bring stability and behavioural development of Managers in Field. - The job contentment and bonding with Line managers at Field for FOs/ABMs will be the prime deliverables for these two roles. - Own the end-to-end Trainings for field force. - Guide the L&D team in creating customized learning paths on LMS for the employees and track the progress against the same.
