One of the Largest Indian Business House with diverse interests across Metals, BFSI, Manufacturing, Renewable s is hiring for an HR Analytics professional for its Mumbai office Role : DGM/GM Analytics KRA / Accountabilities - Understand the key HR metrics for the Group through discussions with senior HR executives at Group and Business level - Study global best practices &amp; innovations in the Analytics space and work with Industry experts / consultants to derive HR metrics and Analytical questions. - Partner with HR Shared Services and ensure completeness and accuracy of all HR information - Partner with key stakeholders in businesses for data syndication - Inbound and Outbound - Work with the HR Analytics Tech lead and build multi-dimensional data models with intuitive designs - Work with partners to build and test various hypothesis and publish analysis for stakeholders - Framing the right analytics questions - Correlations - Causal Analysis - Predictive Analytics - Build HR Analytics capabilities in the HR Organization through discussions, webinars, class-room training, etc. - Evangelize adoption of HR analytics across the HR Organization through continuous communication, capability building and keeping up with the dynamic requirements of stakeholders. Qualifications / Experience - Data Scientist with good exposure to Advanced statistical research methods - HR Background - preferably MBA from premier B School (IIMs, XLRI,SIBM) - Experience of designing, implementing and evangelizing HR analytics adoption in large organizations - High on Analytical thinking, Logical reasoning and research mindset - Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation), next-gen usage of digital &amp; analytics and data sources - e.g. social media analytics, virtual assistant, biometrics enabled solutions - Exp- 8-9 years Those interested may apply or call on 8451801646 for more queries, if required
