Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the business & overall objectives and growth plans.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Conduct financial analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessment to support strategic decision making.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Analyse financial performance, identify key trends, and provide insights to senior management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Strategic Financial Initiatives:

- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and assess financial feasibility and ROI.

- Strong control on Investment in Inventory and Capex, with periodic review.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

- Promote knowledge sharing, skills development, and succession planning to support organizational growth
