Optimize systems requirements benchmark with the best of international standards. SAP Implementation - Legal Compliances - Ensure Corporate Governance. Clause 49 Compliances. Listing Agreement Compliances. Risk Management. Achieve a - Crisil 1- rating for Corporate Governance within 18 months. Joint Venture Compliance. - Project Evaluations and Finance - Preparing and shaping strategy. Drive evaluation and financial vetting. Sourcing of funds, Management of funds and monitoring of returns. - Cost Accounting - P/L Statement - Each Part wise; Each Customer wise; Each Plantwise.Reduction in the cost of each product by 20% - Stock Price Discovery - Correct Valuation of Company Valuation of Stock. Liasioning / Marketing with FII- s, Banks, Institutional investors for Stock Price Discovery and Placement - Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. - Analyse and Monitors financial performance by measuring financial results; identifying problem areas and initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
