Job Description :

- Contract Administration for highway projects

- Claims Management including identification of claims, claim submission and follow up till claim settlement

- Management of disputes

- Coordinate with Legal Consultants/ Advocates for Arbitration/ Legal proceedings

- Day-to-day contract management, daily correspondence and timely suggestions on any contractual issues

- Drafting tender documents, contract agreement and evaluation of these documents
