Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Audit - Pharma Sector - CA

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be qualified CA with 15 years of experience in Internal and Statutory - Pharma audit from one of the big 4 consulting firm.

- Experience in Any Big4 firm (One stay at least)

- Knowledge of statutory audit and internal audit requirements

- Good working knowledge of Pharma compliance rules and regulations

- Experience from Pharma company is Must (One stay at least)

Job Description :

- Oversee adherence to the Company's Code of Conduct, define and plan for all Audits, co-ordinate with internal and external auditors for various audits, review the observations and management response and ensure closure of the audit within timelines

- Oversee tracking of the remediation & compliance and highlight/ escalate deviations if any and participate in the audits across entities as identified by global teams

- Initiate and conduct investigations in case of audit/compliance issues, conclude investigations and recommend actions that need to be taken.

- Will be handling Corporate / Domestic / International / Plant level Audits.
