Key Deliverables

a. Financial Accounting, Audit, Book Closures, Controls, Accounting Policies

b. End to End ownership of Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Direct and Indirect Taxation

c. End to End ownership of: Client/Investor Accounting - Contribution from Clients,

- Distribution to Clients as per Private Placement Memorandum, Control of Fund

- Operating Expenses, Ensuring Fund administration

d. Treasury management in consultation with external consultants/bankers

e. Compliance and controllership oversight

f. Review of Internal auditors reports and highlight areas of concerns in IFC in portfolio companies.

Qualification: He should be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with proven academic record.
