Deputy General Manager - Finance Operations

- This role will be responsible for end-to-end effective functioning of key Finance Operations like Accounts Payable Management, Fixed Assets / Project Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Capex Budgeting & Monitoring, Statutory Compliance viz. TDS, MSME, etc. and Insurance Management for group entities.

- Lead implementation of Shared Services Center for the above across group companies and play critical role in sustainable process standardization, improvements, and learning dissemination across entities.

- Accounts Payable Control - effective functioning of the invoice booking & employee reimbursement process, SLA based Account reconciliation, drive closure of unsettled / aged advances, vendor balances, Open GR IR Controls

- Budgeting - project budgeting, monitoring, and tracking till capitalization of assets

- Lead the insurance management - renewals, placements, and insurer / broker change management.

- Ensure timely recording of payroll entries and perform variance analysis

- Monthly reconciliation & TDS / TCS payable, timely payments and quarterly returns and reconciliation with 26 AS, issue TDS certificates
