DGM Finance - Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities :

- Accounts, Auditing and Reporting

- Monitor all accounting transactions passed by the team

- Compute all financials including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow

- Facilitate half yearly audits, statutory audits and internal audits with auditors and resolve queries

- Generate MIS report and evaluate financial performance in a timely and accurate manner

- Maintain segment wise MIS reporting and analyze the same

- Guide and monitor plant accounting operations

- Prepare Director's report along with all the annexures

Finance and Treasury :

- Identify and implement optimum ways of raising finances for the company

- Review of bank reconciliation prepared by team

- Assist in annual planning and budgeting including long term plan

- Ensure Cash Card limit for banks is being renewed

- Accurate banking reporting for FFR and OCI to be done

Compliances :

- Address queries of the team with respect to TDS, GST or any taxation matters

- Completely handle direct, indirect tax and ROC matters

- Ensure compliance report is updated and track change in laws

- Prepare board resolution, notice for AGM and coordinate with CS

Systems and Processes :

- Introduce automations and suggest changes in ERP accordingly

- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company and ensure implementation

- Responsible for dividend payments, Demat of shares and due diligence certificates

- Support MR in preparation of various agreement and customer related forms

- Create an inspiring team environment by leading a team of 8- 10 people in the finance vertical.

Knowledge/Skill :

- Should have independently handled MIS reporting, Finalization of accounts, Audit and Tax Compliances

- Should have handled export import compliances

- Result Oriented approach is expected keeping deadlines in mind

- Must be Self Driven and one who requires minimum supervision

- Should be excellent at stakeholder management (Auditor, Other Dept, Banks, Rating Agency, Consultants etc.)

- Possess good knowledge of accounting standard /IND AS

- Fluent in written and verbal English.

Education Qualifications : CA Qualified

Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of experience is required from manufacturing industry

- The candidate must have handle the portfolio of more than 200 crores

- He must have team handling experience
