Deputy General Manager - Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years post qualification experience in large manufacturing set up. Hands-on experience and exposure in Oracle and Microsoft excel is must

Job Purpose : 

a) Responsible for day to day accounting and banking operations of the company including supervision and guidance to team

b) Prepare budget on yearly basis and present to management for approval and sign off forecasts on quarterly basis based on YTD actuals as per agreed timelines

c) Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with appropriate International and local standards and regulation

d) Lead the team for preparation of the Annual Report for the company

e) Conduct Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Analysis

f) Participate in activities related to global tax compliance and transfer pricing

g) Review and report on cash and bank position of company

h) Own and periodically update the Group Accounting policies and manual and make managers and employees aware of the existing corporate, policies and procedures, and control implementation and respect for those policies.

i) Handling the Financial Management and Reporting.
