Deputy General Manager - Finance - CA - IT Software & Services Firm

Client is reputed IT Software & Services firm located at Noida with branches in major cities of India and International location.

MUST have moved from BIG4 to IT Companies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership, Supervision and Management of accounting transitions related to AP,AR, Tax, audit etc.

- Assist in finalization of Accounts, Statutory and Tax Audits, Financial Accounting for India GAAP, US GAAP.

- Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounting (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP/P2P), Accounts Receivable including Revenue Accounting (AR/C2C), Fixed Assets Accounting, Branch /Intercompany Accounting, Project Accounting of India & Oversea operations.

- Taxation including Income Tax (Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax, Payroll tax, Withholding taxes, WCT, Professional Tax related matters, Service Tax.

- Budgeting, Annual Operating Plans and review and prepare monthly reports

- Coordination with offices spread over various location in India and abroad. Dealing with stakeholders

Educational Qualification & experience required:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 -12years of experience.

- Solid prior F&A experience in a structured environment, preferably in an IT Services firm.

- Good people's person with excellent softer qualities.
