Job Title : DGM Finance & Accounts

Qualification : CA Inter/CMA Inter/ICWA

Client Profile : The market leaders in the FMCG business retail segment with an organic product range of around 200+.

Responsibilities :

- Handle accounts related to the sales organization

- Management of Subsidiary Accounts.

- Coordination with US Team

- Periodical GL Review / AP / AR and publication of results with qualitative comments

- Maintenance of receivables/payables.

- Due Diligence Assistance

- Consolidation of A/cs under Ind-AS.

- Validation of all export indents

- Analysis of slow-moving Inventory

- Automation of ERP.

- Analysis of pricing pattern in US subsidiaries.

- Liaisons with statutory auditors and internal auditors

- Implementation of best practices

- Indirect taxes including GST - Filing, Review, Assessment and attending hearings

- Bookkeeping of Joint Venture Accounts

Skills and Experience :

- The candidate shall possess post-qualification experience of a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years, handling a team size of a minimum of 5 members.

- An analytical mind

- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strongworking relationships

- Commercial and business awareness

- Good communication skills - both written and verbal

- Strong working exposure from the Trading/Manufacturing industry is a MUST

- Business partnering and strong stakeholder engagement skills
